Dietary Regimen
When good and Nutritious food is not
taken the body does not gets the right benefit of it .so read
the following suggestions and make nutrition effective on
your body.
1) Pass urine and clean the bowels before taking a meal.
2) In this way the life force will not continue to contend
with those matters also which have to be eliminated any way.
3) Before meals wash your hands and face . Put cold water
on your eyes also because many nerves of the face aid the
working of the digestive system
4) No water should be taken within half an hour before taking
the meals or for two hours after the meal. If you drink the
water before your stomach has digested the food ,you dilute
the stomach juices and interfere with digestion. If you take
water with meals then the formation of saliva gets retarded
.
5) Eat only when you are hungry and leave about 25% of your
stomach empty as this will aid digestion.
6) Wait approximately 4 hours between meals to allow adequate
time to digest. This might be less between small meals and
more between big meals.
