3) Peppery Papaya

Make 8 Servings

Ingredients:

     1 whole papaya, cut into small cubes
     1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
     ½ each: green, red, abd yellow bell peppers, chopped
     1 clove garlic, pressed
     1/3 cup fresh lime juice
     1/2 fresh papaya
     2 teaspoons sugar     

Method

1) Place cut papaya, onion, peppers, and garlic in bowl
2) Stir gently to mix.
3) Place lime juice.
4) 1/2 papaya and sugar in blender.
5) Puree until smooth
6) Fold pureed mixture into cutup fruit and vegetables.

The above concoction makes 8 servings and can be very tasty and healthy.

Carbohydrate - 9.5 grams
