Step 3: Enter your mobile number and press the ‘send OTP’ button

Step 4: Now you will receive an OTP (one time password) on your mobile phone.

Step 5: Enter the received OTP (received on your mobile phone) on the MyPandit App

Step 6: Press Add/Update button.

How Do I Recharge My Wallet?

For instance, if you are a non-subscriber and have had a phone conversation for 5 minutes, you will be charged Rs. 50 + GST. (Rs.50+9=Rs59) Similarly, if you are a prime subscriber and if you have had a 5-minutes conversation, you will be charged Rs. 35 + GST (Rs.35+6.3 = Rs.41.3)

If an Astrologer Fails To Resolve My Queries, Will I Get A Refund?

If you don’t receive relevant answers or are dissatisfied with an Astrologer’s response , you can talk to another available astrologer on the phone. In case of a refund, if you are a prime customer or a first time user, you will be refunded the amount within 7 working days.
